Ron Paul Wins the AL Straw Poll With %81 of the Vote!!!!!
Then He takes the NH Straw Poll With %73 of the Vote!!!!!

*~Does a victory dance.~* Hope these results get him some more mainstream media coverage!!!

On Fox News Hannity is in love with Guiliani.
That's the "kiss of death" for Guiliani.

During a long drive back into Oregon last night I heard an especially good analysis:

Youtube, along with these other video-on-demand web sites, are really hurting candidates like Wudy, who have all sorts of skeletons in their closets.

In particular....once the mainstream finds out A} Wudy's a cross-dresser, and B} The cops and firefighters{and their families} from NYC--and the rest of the state-- loathe him-It's over.

And lets be really honest here....those who have truly heard Ron Paul speak, know that he's a dynamic public speaker. Wudy on the other hand, speaks with a hair lip or something...

So really, Popeye, Wudy will be swiftboated here in a few months, and won't be much to worry about.

Ron Paul sort of reminds me of Howard Dean in 2004. Dean put together a extremely strong campaign in the Democratic party through the internet and with the bloggers. And most of his money came via the internet. But when the primaries started getting serious, his campaign crashed and his supporters jumped on the John Kerry bandwagon because they didn't want Bush re-elected.

Most of the people that support Ron Paul are the internet bloggers. That's why he is so successful in internet polls across the net. But unless he gets a ground campaign going, he's not going to be able to beat Romney, Thompson, or Rudy. And when his campaign crashes, his supporters will jump on whose ever bandwagon is in the lead. Because no one is going to want to see Hillary in the White House. Welcome to American politics.

The Straw polls is not an online poll. And despite popular believe there is alot support for him off the internet. I see grassroot campaining going on quite often. Actually I organized a rally in my square tommarrow to raise awarness about Ron Paul on his birthday. You would probably be surprised. People are hitting the streets.
