Ingredients:

Thick slices of chicken breast strips
XL Shrimp
Pineapple Chunks
Bangkok Peanut Sauce
Cream of Coconut
Zesty Lemon Pepper Marinade

Equipment:

Grill
Mesquite Charcoal Coals
Jack Daniels Oak Barrel Wood Chips
Scewers

Steps:

1. Marinade chicken in Bangkok Peanut Sauce. Stir in two table spoons Cream of Coconut for every 16oz of peanut sauce.

2. Marinade XL Shrimp in zesty lemmon pepper sauce.

3. While chicken and shrimp is marinading, fire up the grill. Soak wood chips in water.

4. Set up your skewers. With two skewers you will add 2 Pieces of Chicken, 2 Pieces of Shirmp, and 6 Chunks of Pineapple by the following:

One piece of Chicken holding both scewers together
Two Chunks of Pineapple (One piece on each Scewer)
One Shrimp holding both scewers together
Two Chunks of Pineapple (same as before)
One piece of Chicken (same as the first)
Two Chunks of Pineapple (same as before)
End with One Shrimp (same as before)

From top to bottom, each pair of scewers should resemble this figure: 
S for Shrimp
C for Chicken
p for Pineapple

5. Place damp wood chips over hot coals.

6. Place skewers over grill.

7. Cover allowing to cook for 20 minuets.

8. Once done, serve over rice of choice along with a small side of Sweet and Sour Duck Sauce.

9. Best beverage recomendations:

1. Pina Colada

2. White Riseling Whine 

10. Eat, drink, be marry, and don't forget about desert.

I have no idea how that'd taste, as I'm not much of a cook and don't even know what "Bangkok Peanut Sauce" is.. but a thumbs up for anything that's based on chicken.

Maybe I'll have to try it.  It does sound yummy!

**you forgot to mention that if they are wooden skewers they should be soaked in water for at least 3 hours before hitting the BBQ.

PS. What about us single people that just wanna be merry and not marry? lol

The full name of the product is called Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce. It's a spicy Thai mix that's great with just about anything. You'll find it in the Oriental/Asian food section of your nearest grocery store. It's a knock out flavoring for chicken and rice.
