Thanks to a spate of threads on another site I frequent, I decided to check out Collarme.

A bit of an introduction is in order I presume.

I am an adult architectural student, and aspiring modern Rennaisance man.

In my past professional lives, I have been a salesman, an auto mechanic, a draftsman, a security guard, a cartographer of cemeteries, and a Russian, Serbian, and Croatian Linguist whilst in the Army. Now, I have found my calling in life, hence the architectural student status. I am doing a year of co-op internship before finishing my 5th and last year of schooling to get my Bachelors of Architecture.

I am an active member in two of the local munches in NE Mississippi, but sadly have not found anyone to share the fun with locally. I have a life away from the computer with vanilla friends, so it may take a day or two to respond to any messages I recieve.

I look forward to becoming a member of the community on this forum, and will leave off with the motto I live my life by:

Life is too short to be spent doing that which disgusts you. Therefore enjoy it, live it to the fullest, and do what you are called to do, not what others think you should do. When your work is your passion, it no longer becomes work, but play.
