knees2you -> Beautiful Woman who Smoke. (7/6/2005 11:55:53 PM)

I know this thread has been talked about in many
different ways~[:)]

But today I saw this Extremely, beautiful Woman smoking.

After realizing all the Chemicals in them, It just turned
me totally off.

Couldn't figure out why Someone so beautiful
would want to destroy Her body like that~[&o]

A Woman said to me once, She liked it because it made Her look sexy?
I just wondered how it made Her lungs look[&:]

Sincerely, Ant[:D]

Having just lost my mother prematurely to lung cancer, it's a big turn-off to me too. And it's ruinous to one's appearance. I'm looking for a long-term relationship, and I don't want to be with someone who looks twenty years older than their age.

Smoking = Gross

Let smokers join smokers

Probably the same reason beautiful men smoke? *Grins*

The same reason beautiful people destroy their looks to drugs and alcohol.

Addiction ....

Not to say I am a beautiful woman, but I smoke on occation because I enjoy it. I like the taste and sensation, so I indulge twice a month or so. ~shrug~

MadameDahlia -> RE: Beautiful Woman who Smoke. (7/7/2005 11:08:14 PM)

A good friend of mine smokes and she looks about the same age as her mother. I'm trying to break another friend of the habit because she says that she is a social smoker and once she got used to having lost the taste she wouldn't need or want another cigarette. I'm hoping that since she's joined the gym and will be exercising she'll realize she'll either have to give up her smokes or her lung capacity and body.

I was in a store yesterday
and saw Marlboro saying they had had 50 years of flavor.
It should have said 50 years of killing people.

Of course the cigarette companies are not going to
tell You everything in the cigarettes.
Then people wouldn't ever smoke~

Sincerely, Ant

i have smoked since i was 16; almost 36 years now. Not a wrinkle on my face. No lung or heart problems, either. i love smoking. And i think it's sexy...but if you do not; don't try to fuck me.

If i were gonna try and make America a safer place, i'd sue the gun manufacturers.

Guns don't kill people, people kill people.

If You smoke in your own home yes,
just don't take where everybody who doesn't smoke goes...

My Aunt was very Beautiful and yes She smoked but then one day it all caught up to Her~

Cars kill more people than guns ever will. Are you going to sue auto manufacturers too?

That is about the last thing I would ever wonder about a woman. [:D]

Instead of asking for a photo, I suppose you could ask for her last chest x-ray.

Yes my Aunt did pass away~[:o]

No matter how much A woman enjoys it..
It catches up with them.

I also know everybodys body is different?

What kills me, might just make You a little sick~

Ant[:D]

What only ugly women and men should smoke? Or at least only the not-extremely beautiful ones???
Some people smoke because it gives them pleasure; I don't but if I did, it would be like anything else about me a person would chose to find attractive or not; if you don't like what you see, you simply look elsewhere.
As for destroying her body, I think it's up to her what she does with her own body. It is my opinion that one of the few guarantees one can expect after being born is death, so why shouldn't she live on her terms (if smoking makes her life more bearable and enjoyable, and as long as she's not in someone else's space doing it, more power to her.. Kindred2Evil -> RE: Beautiful Woman who Smoke. (7/15/2005 5:14:51 AM)

I smoke and have for about 10 years now. I also exercise daily and have the same lung capacity I did when I was 16 and swimming every day.
No one is going to tell me I can't smoke, I don't care what the government says. Everything at one point or another is going to kill you. You actually start to die the moment you are conceived. I choose to live my life on my terms and not someone else's. Do you exercise daily? Do you get all the calcium your body needs? Do you drink 8 glasses of water a day? Probably not.
The truth is we all have bad habits. So mine annoys you. I get annoyed by spelling and grammer nazis. I get annoyed by severely obese people who DON'T have a medical reason for being that way.
Smokers are actually the greatest minority in the United States. Cigarettes are one of the most heavily taxed consumer products in the U.S. This money funds government programs, not to mention that they (the Government) make more money from the sale of tobacco than the tobacco companies.
Hubby and I and several friends have started boycotting any place that doesn't have a smoking section. It's my right to smoke if I want to. You don't like it, don't sit next to me. Take this right away from us and what's next? You can't buy candy because it rots your teeth? Or gum because the smackers get on other people's nerves? Or how about this, you can't wear perfume or cologne because to other people it stinks?

nice to see a Light post to the issue [:)]

This issue reminds me of something I tell my children...you don't have to follow the rules, you don't have to take care of your health, you don't have to obey the Law ... you just have to understand that for every action, there is a Reaction, a punishment, and opinion or consequence.

Just my 2cents worth. dang, isn't there a spell checker around here
