Well, it seems most folks have addressed everything I thought relevant.
I thought I'd add that I'm 'fixed' and have chosen to not have children. My partner and I (he's a He), have a fantastic, deep, meaningful relationship. Our sex life is never, and never will be, about having children. As he's been often known to say ... He's not interested in women who take seriously what is poked at them in fun - lol.
Your co-worker does seem to be argueing 'both sides against the middle'. I, sincerely, commend you on your ability to try and communicate with him. I personally just don't have the time for rabid, christian, fundamentalists.
