Well 'tis a photoshopped picture in any case. I doubt it is possible to create a standing MRI image like that.

As to the coke bottle one.... In real life I once saw a pint glass inserted anally open side up. Now THAT's committment ;).... the guy involved did require open abdominal surgery to remove it though so one has to question whether it was worth it [8D]

Yes I hope all these photos are Photo Shopped! That is why it is under Humor and not Health and Safety.I once heard of a lightbulb inserted rectaly and hope those are all Urban Legends but I guess crazier things have happened.

Nope, not the stuff of Urban Legends. I know people that have worked in the ER and they have seen the light bulb up the rectum and all sorts of things like that...Most I don't even want to think about...

Sorry that's a photo shopped image. A plastic bottle wouldn't have the density of the hip replacement to show to that extent. The outline would be very very faint if one was inserted. However I have seen an actual film of a metal pipe that was inserted and then became...stuck.

Have seen x-ray of thermometer in a bladder... He says he swallowed it. [8|]
Bosco bottle in rectum... He was putting cream on his hemmroids(w/ the cap), it slipped. [;)]
How about a right-angle flashlight?  Shot glass?
Glasses and bottles w/o caps inserted open end first can be safely removed by drilling a hole in the bottom of the item to release vacum.
