Zaynab: i don't harden the back of my throat: i soften it.... it *is* partially calloused, which is how the gag reflex can be overcome - deliberate development of callous - but i don't make the muscles rigid when i'm deep throating - when i have, it tires me out faster.. Relaxing more fully means i can do it longer. Other techniques are equally valid: this is just what works for me.... When the throat and jaw muscles get tired, they relax down, and the mouth closes. It's like any workout: practice, practice, practice. when i decided that it was really, deeply, personally important to learn to cock worship in a deep-throat environment, i started practicing on a daily basis. i purchased a Doc Johnson dildo ( i can't recommend them strongly enough ) that was a bit thicker and longer than anything I'd had in my throat, and worked it down to the base, long full strokes, for 15 minutes a day. Did that for a week, then gradually increased the time, bit by bit. I still practice on a weekly basis to keep my throat loose and the muscles exercised and toned. At this point, i can generally perform oral service for about 30 to 45 minutes before my jaw starts getting sore and weakens. Yes, the mouth does tend to slide closed when its muscles are tired -- and yes, i've certainly had that happen when Master is pushing my endurance... and yes, there's been some prayer involved.... *grin* it's just all about practice. So long as your 'rest breaks' are sexually and visually stimulating, there isn't as much of an interruption the flow - take a sec to relax your jaw, but immediately verbalize, rub Him on your face, stimulate with your hands and tongue, etc... keeping Him in the moment.
