Get busy! Look at the profiles of those dommes who are near enough to you to spend real time with you. Look for the mention of boot lovers. Email them a few paragraphs sharing with them as a person first and kink or D/s second. Tell them what you liked about their pics, profile, vanilla hobbies, etc.
When you actually connect with them, whether it be on cam, on the phone or in real life, let things flow naturally. When it clicks, it just clicks!
When you see a woman who looks sexy to you (whatever that looks like) out anywhere, the mall, the boot store, etc.and she is in boots glance down with admiration, ask her where she got them, and blush a little. [;)]
How about munches and foot parties? They have them here, how about there?
Have you been joining any foot fetish groups online? That's a good source for friends, and they will tell you where you can find more like minded people.
