You have it and thank you. As a one man shop, I can use all the help I can get.
I do have to add that the collar you bought is made from 3/8 inch Stainless and this one is 1/2 inch. I don't think I can hand bend anything larger. This is my face after the strain.

Thanks, My wife wore it and loves it.
I made a custom 19-1/4 inch one today with a magnetic closing for a guy that saw it on eBay but needed a larger size. It weighed 18.2 ounces.
