I hope you're only referring to witches in literature.
Bear in m ind that these days there are a large number of pagans who self-identify as Witches and who are in no way "undominant" or ineffectual.

I wouldn't change anything about my boy's libido. It seems just fine to me. It's manipulatable and that is what matters most.

As for magic changes, non libido related, I guess I'd like him to be able to sense what I want and do it, almost before I know I want it.

I'd leave #1. It's fine. But #2 is definitely on the programme. No body hair, less hangups, and maybe about 3 inches taller.

I like the answer of matching your slaves libido to my own...but since I deny him anyway that isn't much of an issue. As for alterering him in some way...The sci-fi story that appeals to me is a device that with a word from Me gives him pleasure or pain directly into the pain/pleasure center of his brain...or whats that massive series of books where the man becomes a protector of a woman and even if he disagrees with her he has to go along? Robert Jordan? Or even just have him be in My head for a day to understand what it is like ... damn I've gone right off topic. Sorry! heh.
