I have been teaching "Female Ejaculation" for several years.
Without making this an on line seminar, I will touch on a few facts.
The "G" Spot also known as the urethral sponge was named after a Dr. Grafenberg. In my experience massaging men's prostrates and women's G-spots I have noticed that there are many similarities. The size and texture are remarkably similar, as is the relative anatomical position. In both sex's the initial sensation make be the urge to urinate, as this sponge does indeed surround the urethra in either gender.
Masters and Johnson touched on the "phenomena" and stated it was female urinary incontinence. My reply is first, great if I can come so hard I void no problem. Then I balked realized the conclusion was made without enough scientific observations.
In addition to Dr. Grafenburg, we can credit Dr. Skene for the so named Skene's glands. The fluid emitted from these glands found in the vagina is likened to male seminal fluid. (The seminal fluid mixes with sperm during male ejaculation). A specific example is fluid from the Skene's glands lacks creatine, which is found in urine. My observations are the fluid from female ejaculation is not as heavy or wet as urine. It's thin, and semi viscous, drying quickly compared to equal parts urine or water. The smell and taste is consistently reported to be distinct and different than urine.
I don't feel that it's important that more studies are conducted, more over I prefer that we enjoy the sensation, and allow the release without having some authority validate it. Studies are meant to be open to interpretation and discussion, that is never ending. One small study involved using catheters to drain female bladders, and then collection of the emissions in female who were able to "ejaculate" in the lab setting. (Rare birds is my guess!) Clearly this was a sample too small to have much weight, but it's notable none the less. The results were more or less in favor of the ejaculate lacking the elements of urine, while also stating the collected samples were not statistically significant.
In my case, the orgasm is more bearing down, than the contraction I experience in other climax. Initially I fought the urge, akin to urinary urgency. My partner urged me past my retention and I felt the "gush". This was from external clitoral stimulation. I found one "vibrator" that made me squirt reliably, and other women report the same experience. Now that I know how to attain the arousal, I can ejaculate from penetration, clitoral stimulation or a combination of both.
I find that it's the most physical orgasm I experience, and I feel heavy against the mattress and almost sedate after a good round! Needless to say, I prefer to set up for the wetness and allow time to basque in the glow so squirting is not something I incorporate into a quickie!
