Well JulieorSarah that is a great offer butt I will have to leave the hard knots to the experts for the time being. However, in honor of Tied up Tuesday, I'll work on tying my shoes so they don't come undone all the time.

Do you pinch your nipples fastening your pants?  If so, maybe they are.  And , you should probably consider an industrial strength bra.
