If you're having trouble with staying regular, *imo* The best Fiber supplement is "konsyl" (100% all natural psyllium) which has 6grams of fiber per teaspoon. I add it to my protein shakes 2x per day.
8-10oz of Dole juice (pineapple, banana, orange) 1 serving of protein powder (vanilla) 1 tsp. of Konsyl
I make mango strawberry and yogurt smoothies for breakfast.....I use this greek strained yogurt stuff that tastes nasty by itself, but the fruit covers the taste real well. Any fruit, especially frozen fruit, works good to sweeten things
