If you're having trouble with staying regular, *imo* The best Fiber supplement is "konsyl" (100% all natural psyllium) which has 6grams of fiber per teaspoon. I add it to my protein shakes 2x per day.

8-10oz of Dole juice (pineapple, banana, orange)
1 serving of protein powder (vanilla)
1 tsp. of Konsyl

Then blend.
