Hi to you all, my sub has been very naughty of late and i have promised she will receive a punishment inline with her behaviour. I have informed her that i am going to seek the advice of other Masters with experience to choose what punishment i will administer. Could i therefore ask for your thoughts and ideas so i can read them to her and choose which i will use? I will of course let you know the outcome, i wish to embarrass and humiliate her so thanks for your anticipated assistance, i look forward to your ideas.

It's going to be really hard to come up with a punishment to fit the crime without knowing what the crime was which she, apparently, committed. Celeste

Ummm wouldn't it make more sense for you to decide or if you can't figure it out, sit down with the sub, discuss what it is she/he did wrong and come up with a suitable punishment together? Only you know your submissive. Only you can really decide what is suitable. What does it matter what 100 random unknown names on a screen think? I know i've personally never ran into a problem with my Partners having a hard time coming up with punishments. But maybe I've just been lucky. edited because i'm having spelling issues lol

How is punishment going to redirect the undesired behavior? It sounds as though you simply wish to humiliate the slave for the purpose of your own desires. Why not devise a proper retraining program to ensure that your slave understands the concepts of time and punctuality? That would be far more productive in my mind.

I have these suggestions: You could try having her wear clover clamps on her nipples for up to 24 hours and not allow her to remove them without your permission. Or you could suspend her privileges for up to a week. You could even have her eat her least favorite food and make certain she eats all of it. Hope these ideas are helpful to you.

Or beheading. Seriously, unless you say what the “offence” is, and why you’re unable to come up with anything original yourself, it just makes you look a tad desperate. PS: Boiling in oil is good too, but it takes forever to heat the oil and tends towards the messy, and not messy in a good way.

Find her a dom who can motivate her? Submission does not arise in a vacuum. If her submission is missing, perhaps it's in response to a dearth of intelligent domination. As far as naughty, sounds like this is a play punishment thing for you two. We do that also because it's fun. Are you into role play? Bondage? Art? Impact play? Can't make any suggestions to spice up your boring sex life if we don't know what you two enjoy.

A) What on earth do any of those things have to do with actually preventing a behavior from reoccuring and connecting it to a positive behavior in the future? B) Clamps for 24 hours?? Bad idea Even 24 minutes is pushing it for most people.

I would disagree with the second statement (purely because I've made girls wear them for an hour or 2, and had them enjoy it), but you're right to question the first part; anyone attempting to clamp nipples for 24 hours is risking a) necrotising of the internal tissues surrounding the nipples, b) intramuscular bleeding of same and c) blockage/permanent clamping of the duct if the clamp is even slightly too far forward, or the breast tissue too thin to cushion. I advise you to embarrass and humiliate her in proportion to your annoyance over her misbehavior. That should not include "tuning" humiliations to calibrate your embarrassment meter correctly.

Quick hijack of OP question: Necrosis due to ischemia usually takes about 3 hours. BUT this is a multi factor process that includes the amount of subcutaneous tissue volume under pressure, skin temperature and the viscoelastic response of the tissue. Clover clamps are adjustable. Some people adjust them extremely tight and other people fasten them loosely. Placement on the nipple and surrounding area is also a safety factor and affects ischemia and reprefusion.
