My Master knows that I have a tendency to overwork myself, thinking first of family, work and friends before myself.  With that in mind, Master makes me:

Eat three meals per day. A meal is protein, veggie/fruit, grain and dairy. If it doesn't have all four of these elements, then it is a snack, not a meal.
Get eight hours of sleep per night. I have a bedtime that is followed strictly. If Master feels the next day that I am still tired, or that I'm coming down with something, He makes me go back to bed. (I have a tendency to stay up for days at a time trying to get stuff done so this rule is a bit of a pain.)
Read at least one book per week.
Watch at least one movie per week.
Write a daily journal for Him.
