I am afraid I don't know Oxford well and I am assuming you mean scene related events. If you can get into London, then I recommend attending LondonAlternativeMarket (1st weekend of the month so that makes it this weekend, but if you are still here for sept, then try that month). Informed Consent is a must. L.A.M. is a nice place to socialize. There's also the London Fetish Fair which is similar. London has multiple clubs depending on what your primary interests are. Check out the London Fetish Scene website and I.C. for event listings. If you're chiefly interested in play, I'd avoid Torture Garden which is more of a fashion show.
