I got this from a friend but I have no idea what it means.

Today is September 1, Belt Day. The young man who invented the belt loved the sensation of being strapped. To pursue his hobby further, he strapped a python he caught in the hills to his waist and looked into the mirror. In the mirror, he saw a fashionable self with the perfect strap. This was how snakeskin became commonly used for belts.
