Who they are First Aid/CPR/Hemich and how to USE eveything that comes in a first aid kit Limits and that EVERYONE has them - learn yours - hard and soft limits, if you don't then contact me, I have PROOF that you do How to communicate with others, especially your partner in a respectfull manner How to be a Lady or a Gentleman, so few know this its sad and dispariging Thats a quick 5.. I can think of about a dozen more, but I will play by the rules.

My answer is the same as the post in the Ask a Master section. I have reposted it: Personally, I think these apply to people no matter what their orientation is in their relatioship: 1. Know yourself 2. Know your partner 3. Know that just when you think you know everything that there is to know about yourself or your partner, that there is something more that you could learn. 3. 1). Know yourself and take personal responsibility for your own thoughts and actions. 2). Communication, be able to openly and effectively communicate (this means not only talking but also listening). 3). Always be honest with yourself and be sure that you share the same standard of honesty as the people with whom you associate. 4). Accept that you are fallible and always be willing to learn. 5). Know that being submissive in a relationship does not degrade your value as an individual.

#1 know your limits (even if you insist you have none) #2 know your abilities #3 know you still have a lot to learn, no matter how much you already know #4 know that even though someone is Dominant, they arent always going to be right. #5 know when it is proper to correct in the case of #4 and when its better to bite your tongue and deal DV
