I love Norah Jones. :) Diana Ross? Seriously? I was never impressed with her. I think she's a great entertainer, but not a great vocalist and I haven't read the other threads yet, but Whitney better be on one of them!

My pick for best femal voice would be Sarah Brightman  ( I admit to sometimes liking a little soft opera with my Missy Elliot and G&R )  * WAits for the throwing of stones*
