playfullyHis -> is there an easy way? (7/13/2005 8:04:13 AM)

i have come to this site seeking knowledge in furthering my journey, in such a short time i have learned much from your posts, thank you....my Master is everything to me and for Him i will do anything, He is patient and understanding beyond belief, O/our J/ourney is one of deep love and acceptance, the time has come after more than 3 years to venture down a darker path, to play with O/others and to enjoy, to grow....what i would like to ask the more experienced amongst us is this.....how does one overcome the confusion of the mind playing against the heart in such matters?, if i love Him with every breath in my body, and i do, why am i struggling now?, i will do whatever He asks but i want to do it willingly, without hesitation, but most importantly without any emotional baggage....is there an easy way?

Understand that love has absolutely nothing to do with relationship skills, with self-awareness and with breaking through bad habits.

And no, there is no easy way. It took you a long time to get those baggages, those insecurities, those bad life habits. And it's going to take a LONG time to unload them and work through them. That's what training is for, that's why you work through things.

In two years a submissive has learned deep patience or no longer considers themself a submissive- I think this is damn near universal.

I agree with EmeraldSlave2.
With your Master's perseverance, understanding and ethical approach your trust will build. This in it self may help to decrease any hesitation you may have.
It takes time and a deep unyielding trust... There is no easy way.
