Well outside of the theoretical only or illegal ones part of doing kinks that have a degree of difficulty in easiness of doing them or the cold hard facts of the kink itself is often having to approach them in a realistic and not in your dream fantasy way.
Sometimes many of the kinks are just not always done in the way everyone portrays them. Many times they cannot be spontaneous or take a significant clean up time. Sometimes they cannot be done when you feel like it but take time/money to do and the opportunity opens up not that you can specifically plan.
It is a lot like sex. When we think about sex a lot of people think, maybe just us women, think of a nice romantic setting, getting prepared, candles, lots of pre foreplay and foreplay and pillow talk afterwards. The truth is though for every time that happens you get many push your panty’s aside and bend over quickies. (Not that those are not good!)
That is why I love people who have fetishes, time and convenience is not a limiting factor.
