Ok- has your area had this type of snafu?

It sounds like the man doesnt want to do his job.

No wonder I seen 100s of delinquent properties published.

mortgage places will accept/demand escrow.

Frankly- there isnt a law that stops me from paying YOUR TAXES! [electric- you name it]
