My sub/gf is interested in kitty play, and I am a bit interested too.  How to I train her in kitty play?

LuckyAlbatross -> RE: training a ktty (9/7/2007 7:53:20 AM)

Ummm you train cats?  Does she want to be a cat/human hybrid?

mnottertail -> RE: training a ktty (9/7/2007 7:53:24 AM)

go watch kitties at play, and then you have it from the horses mouth, so to speak.

ExquisiteFeline -> RE: training a ktty (9/7/2007 7:56:07 AM)

Grow claws... mmmmm (oh and kitty's may scratch back, but we dont mean it, it is instinctual)

make sure there is a bell on her collar...

leave a bowl of warm milk...and feed her fish from your hand, sushi is much appreciated also...

Give her lots of pats...but only when she wants them.

make sure she has a rat to play with...

make sure you obey the cat curfew, so the cat police don't get her...

And remember cats hate cages, water, and dogs. Are easily offended, will lick their genitals even if you have guests, and will stare back offensively if anyone watches... come and go as they please, and wont come back if they are not happy with the hospitality...spend a lot of time staring at the fridge, expect you to open the doors (hint- leave a window open so you dont have to get up every five minutes), the meowing doesn't mean something all the time it is really just to annoy you, expects to sleep on your bed, sit in your favorite chair, and on the newspaper when you are trying to read it , tries to suffocate any 'baby girls', pretends to not give a shit when she really does and pretends to adore you when she wants something...

And always remember how beautifully exquisite felines are...and nice pussy's too ;)

Hint- Felines are damn hard to train, and will only submit to a Dominant Feline, you can never really own a cat, you may think you do, but really they own you ;)

Yeah i should know.

i have even seen pig dogs leave a room when the cat walks in...

Make that near impossible to be trained.

oh and i left some out...

Cats like to wake you up by clawing your chest then turning around and putting their genitals in your face.
Window sills are so we can torment the dogs through the glass.
Pussy's like to be licked.

"What are cats?

1. Cats do what they want, when they want.
2. They rarely listen to you.
3. They're totally unpredictable.
4. They whine when they are not happy.
5. When you want to play they want to be left alone.
6. When you want to be alone, they want to play.
7. They expect you to cater to their every whim.
8. They're moody.
9. They leave their hair everywhere.
10. They drive you nuts.

Conclusion: Cats are little, tiny women in cheap fur coats."

oh and i could not resist this one...

The Cats' Bill of Rights

1. Humans shall make no law respecting an establishment of boundaries or prohibiting the free exercise therein, or abridging the freedom of access, or the right to peaceful assembly. In other words: The cat is entitled to go outside anytime he wants.

2. A well-carried provisional chamber, being necessary to the fulfillment of a feline's whims, shall not be infringed. In other words: The cat is entitled to EAT anytime he wants.

3. The right of the feline to be secure in their domain and effects against unreasonable discomposure, shall not be violated. In other words: The cat is entitled to SLEEP anytime he wants.

4. Humans shall issue no warrants or decrees or edicts as prescribed to the demarcation of possessions or property which are in direct conflict with right of life, liberty and the pursuit of feline affirmation. In other words: The cat is entitled to sleep ANYWHERE he wants.

5. The feline shall be immune to all criminal accusations, indictments and complaints. The accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and impartial dismissal of any and all charges provided said feline's compulsory right to obtain any or all witnesses, including character witnesses, are obtained in his favor. In other words: Cats can do anything they want as long as it's cute.

6. Neither serfdom, vassalage, or involuntary servitude will be tolerated, except by said cats in proprietorship of their humans. In other words: What I say goes. (And I say feed me... Again.)

7. No Canis familiars shall, in time of peace or at any other time, be quartered in any dwelling without the consent of the potentate, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by sovereign. In other words: No dogs in the house without my permission.

8. The right of the feline to be protected against unreasonable search and seizures shall not be breached or infringed upon at anytime or any place. In other words: Don't disturb me when I am sleeping.

NO, you got one good one

chellekitty -> RE: training a ktty (9/7/2007 12:07:08 PM)

you want a good honest opinion...you don't train cats, cats train you...that is not to say that a person whos into kitty play cant also be into puppy play or pony play or sheep play or bunny play or whatever play...cats are submissve by force...you hold them down and they submit...basic animal behavior...you let them go they stop submitting...the only possibly exception i can think of would be lions...is she a lioness? if so...study lion behavior...you want to know how to do x like x, you study x not ask b...especially when x has no way of telling you how x lives its life...

HeavansKeeper -> RE: training a ktty (9/7/2007 12:50:40 PM)

My Pet is not a kitty... The ears are cute, but she's much more of a puppy at heart.

You did get good advice for Kitty play.  Excellent advice.  It just seems you don't want a cat.  You want a dog.

Is this something you both want as a lifestyle or as a method of play?  There are people who live the lifestyle 24-7 or as close to as possible.  That's a much deeper understanding and dedication than putting a bell on her collar and having her swipe her paws at a feathery ball on a bungee cord.  You can't expect the submissive of a slave AND the attitude of a cat simultaneously.  With My Pet, if I want a slave, I tell her that's what she is until told otherwise.  If I want a puppy, the same.

A tip I have: Make her act in front of you. (Doesn't have to be in public).  But if she's holding back any, it's going to feel.... like it lacks a genuine appeal.  Will she growl on command? Will she make the sound effects of gunfire? Will she sing the meow mix song?  If she doesn't have the open and playful nature to do this, she might hold back in fear of judgment when being a kitty.

Anyway, I'm in a rush, but don't forget face-paint and a GOOD and PROPER set of ears.  None of this costume wear-once crap.  You want the same... love and respect for her ears that a slave has for her collar.
