Hello!
I don't know if I've done this already or not, but I thought it would be a good idea just in case.
I'm a 40 year old dominant in Sweden. I've been interested in BDSM since before I became sexually active and it's really been the "norm" for me.
It's been a long road and I've spent the past 20 years abroad in Europe. Different countries have taught me different thing about what people consider BDSM. I remember back to the days before the internet, when people of a like mind with computers and acoustic modem couplers, but separated by distance, were forced to use "secret" BBS's. It was quite exhilerating. I still remember the "underground" magazines that I could only get second hand and the problems of keeping my parents from finding them. Talk about ingenious storage methods (necessity IS the mother of invention!). Now I've noticed that this area has been going mainstream for some time and I find myself lost in the numbers of people who claim this or that.
I'm hoping that this site will help me communicate with others of a like mind. I'm especially looking for a younger female who is interested in exploring areas of BDSM. What I've been searching for is someone who is "actively" seeking to explore areas of the slave/submissive lifestyle. I'm tired of meeting with people who constantly question if this is for them. If they aren't actively interested then in the end it's just a waste of my time.
So, if you are, or know of, a younger female (over 20 would be nice, thanks!) who is actively interested and would like to communicate then great! Send them my way!
