OK, I have this habit of talking to myself.

I am thinking it may have come from being a pet-owner who lived alone
(she is gone now *snif*) coz I would talk to her as if she were a person
(she did seem to understand, at least until she went deaf).

Fair Warning: jokes on that will be quite negatively interpreted

NEWAYS, here is my (jokes here quite ok) wondering and question:

Does any one think my (private and alone) use of a ball-gag
might possibly be some actual aid in breaking this annoying habit?

GAH, only in the Breaking of the Habit, ya brats
...not as some 'permanent' solution

Heh... maybe this be 'unexplored territory',
but dang! habits are so very hard to be continually conscious of.

SO, what are YOUR annoying (or those of someone ya deal with) habits,
and how did you succeed in breaking 'em,
...
or, just present em as I have, asking for anecdotal successes or suggestions?

Well Wishes to All in here

It's only a problem if you argue with yourself ... out loud ... and lose the arguments.

LOL... more like musing aloud and general bitchin' than arguments.

Just would not want to be doing this publicly, and a 'habitual activity' may overflow into one's public life.
