Since AT&T didn't fucking care about obeying the law prohibiting unlawful domestic surveillance, who would think they would be obedient to ANY regulation?

With the blackmail fodder they've accumulated with their universal surveillance, I'd suggest they don't have to worry about any legislators.

I think it has les to do with a evil conspericy, then it does about plain ignornce.  People won't worry about net neutrality until its bashing at the doorstep.  Then you will see the net crumble until a company giving away the net again comes along.
