I may be not approved yet, as I profiled an hour ago, so was locked out from responding, never the less...
I have BD friends and BDSM friends and it is helpful to appreciate the different flavors. The link you shared with us is a good summary of BDSM, and can be picked and chosen from for BD topping and bottoming in a casual sense rather than a lifestyle.
Self bondage is a stormy weather rush at times, and a terrifying situation at others. I was dissapointed that the topic header did not warn readers about the pursuit, that is the only section I did not fancy.-R
