I've been having a very pleasurable correspondence with a Lady who enjoys objectification of her subs. On one level this seems to be a pretty easy scenario for a sub-- you just sit/ stand/ lie there and do as you're told, or let it be done to you. Sweet surrender!

But there must be at least a little more to this to make it successful and pleasurable for the Domme. I'll confess I'm used to being in what I consider to be a more active service situation to attempt to please my Domme, and I'm a little apprehensive that I don't know the "secret" to being an enjoyable object, if there is one.

If any of you enjoy this kind of play, I'd really appreciate your thoughts, observations and advice on doing this right.

Perhaps I'm getting caught up in a man thing here, feeling that I have to actively do something to make this work right. Is it as simple as it seems, and mostly a question of the right mental attitude of submission, or is there more to this objectification thing than meets the eye?

For myself, I would tend to think that for the male subby the secret would be the objectivication itself, the fact that they are used like an immenient object for the need [whatever it is] of the women and it gives them a purpose they wouldnt normally have. OOh, except to oral please her of course!!!!!! I have done this before where I used a male subby as my foot stool. I was talking on the phone and he was under me lying in a crounched position for quite nearly twenty minutes!! I felt bad because he has a bad ache since his thirties but the other half of me was happy to see him happy as well.

Thank you for that response. If I may ask a follow up question: What, if anything, did or could your sub do in this situation to enhance your enjoyment of his condition?

One reason I enjoy objectification in a submissive is because it really gives them time to think.
to be still.
   not springing up to fetch (possibly another is assigned to that)
      not being allowed to actively serve while having the opportunity to be a little piece of Her Dimension. for that moment, you are a fly on the wall so to speak.

Sweet if you still get to serve in a passive stance, oh footstools and tables are lovely. I can't help it if My heels occasionally jab the surface- that is pretty natural- so I'm not going to fret about scuffing the sentient furniture as I pass by.

Over all I believe it is great training, and keep it in My array of activities even for new submissives..
It is mental and physical - the level of intensity is extremely easy to advance if that works for us and yess. sometimes a gag is warrented.

Stop thinking of it as inactive. It takes huge self discipline to shut yourself down and stay in position. Service is what is desired-not what you desire.

being reduced to an object is wonderful bedcause it serves as a constant reminder of ones place And deifnes one's since of purpose
