Ok i keep finding new things this week that i just love.
Tonight i had my first time with Needle play scen and i love it :)
Who If any others feel the way i feel about this ijust love it

so i have (had? maybe) a fear of needles. a friend of mine likes them for play. so i asked to try it.
i thought they were kewl but since i like pain they werent all that grand for me as i didnt feel them. the same night i tried surgical staples.....oooooo now those i like :)
congrats on finding something new to enjoy

Hello lonlyrossInNeed, thankyou for posting this thread. My partner has raised needle play as something he'd like to try. Its never been of any interest to me. Im a nurse, so it hold little scare factor, its not that. Just not my bag. But having said that, ive never tried, so time will tell.
Could you perhaps describe what space it puts you in. What dynamics were in play for your first time. Was it a good, first time experience?
Just wondering what i might encounter through this form of play?

my wife has a Rate #10 fear of needles...several years ago she made a joke, that I escalated, that she escalated, and so on, and I threatened to pierce her and put in hoops and find me a padlock. she's a southern woman and of course says "yeah right"...so I grabbed her put her over my shoulder took her grabbed my leather box (like a tacklebox but for making leather goods not fishing) and took her, got one hand chained (and lost most of my chin hair from the biting) then searched for an awl.

Went throgh this elborate display of disinfecting the awl, then went between her legs got a labia lip, (dodigng legs and ignoring the things she said about my parentage) and told her to hold still, or it'd go in wrong and we'd have to do it again....there was a pause then a "bite" and a scream that made the cat apply to the ASPCA for witness protection

and when it was 'over' she lay there panting, saying 'taht wasn't so bad..." I released her wrist from the cuff and a quick search of her coochie (which would have made a good mpeg) then the "Hey there's no hoop."

of course there was no hoop, I pinched her lip, not penetrated it, I'd never push somebody's limits like that for real...but the faux-piercing was nearly as good

For me it wasn't Painful i just felt 1 pinch when Mother Superior went to a smaller bigger needle
But i saw someone get a pircing in there nipple and what i heard is that is a hard hard place to do it .
Needles can be gentle or ruff depending on who is doing it and what is being done
For me after the 4th needle it went right to my toes i could feel everything being let out ;)

I remember my first experience with needle play. A sub I was with mentioned it to me and I asked what it was. She pulled out a box of needles and showed me. It is a great way to do Interagation play.

Hard limit for me, damn needles.

I wouldn't want one for fun or sickness. I would have to be sedated to come near one.

Sorry to keep on asking questions, but.
Ok, i get that some have enjoyed it.
Im told that on one occasion, someone felt it right to their toes. And everything fell out. (wtf?) What fell out, of where?

Ive seen it in pictures. And aesthetically, it does nowt for me.
What id like to know, is anyone here, able to communicate with another, to the extent that you can describe why, how, where?
Im aware that it could be done gently, or with pain, with or without blood etc.
Is this form of play, playing with the persons fear?
Or are we talking accupressure points or what?
Seriously, some answers would be great.

Having seen quite a lot of needle play at parties, i was mildly curious. i'm not the sort who faints at the sight of blood, can sit quite still when having blood taken etc so there wasn't that kind of fear factor. my main concern arose from the size of some of the "skewers" i'd seen being used (simply as with my anatomical knowledge i was worried about damage to underlying nerve tissue etc) though the people using the large bore items were skilled piercers. i'd also seen one sub whose former hard limit was needle play finally have a go and become a total convert LOL! So my curiosity was raised and i talked about it to my new Master (at that time). He'd had experience with needles so i decided to ask Him if He would like to give it a try with me and He said yes.

He got me very well prepared (bit of spanking and bondage) so i was fairly spacy by the time He got the needles out. What i didn't expect was not to actually feel them going in ... He leaned over me and back so i knew He must have put the first one in but i didn't feel a damn thing! i actually cracked up laughing (which was a bit of a shock to Him ... He didn't know that was one of my stages of deeper space at that time) ... but i did enjoy the rest of them, more from the point of view of the submission rather than any sensation. Only felt one coming out too. So it's a bit hard to describe!

I get your description now. Coupled with Maamjay's words, and by jove, i think ive got it.
From the inexperienced mind of mine, i can imagine it as a activity that demonstrates submission and dominance, which historically, usually works well for us. So ill give it a go.
Its nice to have some idea of what your letting yourself in for first though

Wow, not another high for us.
Well, i got everything i needed gathered. Needles, ribbon as i wanted to do some pretty decoration. He'd asked for a 'grooming' of his nether regions to be incorporated, so began with that. Followed by some massage in bondage. All nice n floaty: Then onto the finale! Needle play.
It really didnt do much for either of us.
From his point of view, it was 'nothing' really. Interesting, from curiosity point of view, but did nothing for him.
And therefor, did nothing for me, as i like him to be enjoying either the activity, or that place it takes him.
Though, the blood part was good! for me. As i was piercing his buttocks, he didnt get to see the blood part. (we are monogamous bodily fluid exchangers with a clean bill of health, and other such normal disclaimers for the safety aspects of blood play).
Maybe another day, another mood we'd get more from it.
