So it occured to me, each Master and Mistress likes to teach their slaves and subs certain things that are unique to them. It then occured to me, "Hey shit! I wanna know!"

I'm not exactly looking for unique methods as I am just asking you to post "a" training method that you do or have done, and to please describe it in detail.

Whether it be enema training, eye restriction, sexual training etc.

Just...anything besides food. I don't want to know how you like your sandwich and coffee.

Status: offline 		What is "enema training"?  Teaching someone how to give a proper enema?  You seem to be using "training" in the cyber play sense of "I want to do this with you a lot and make it sound cool by using the world training in it."

My method of training is- identify a behavior/mindset I want to modify.  Identify when/how this behavior most likely occurs.  Identify which factors most likely play into reinforcing that behavior.  Make the person aware of this behavior at every opportunity and begin to focus on changing the reinforcing factors simultaneously with helping the person change their initial responses to the new modified behavior set.  Rinse, repeat as often as possible.

Good behavior modification and training generally takes years.

Status: offline 		I am currently training angel to make associations between things we do, and his release. Right now, the only time he is allowed to orgasm is when he has baby oil on him. I am building the association of the smell to the climax.  I am hoping that eventually, they will be linked, and he will be unable to without the baby oil, and unable to control his arousal around the smell.  Thankfully, there are no small ums in the  family on either side, so i dont have to worry about it being inapropriate  at family affairs and whatnot.

Status: offline 		Figure out what things have been an obsticle to further deeper more meaningfull submission for them and use any and everything from flirting to talking to physical scenes to downright argument if nessisary to remove the obsticle. That's the best I can describe what training a slave, submissive is really about. Training for my likes and dislikes that's so simple a Caveman could do it. Training them how to deal with their internal conflicts, that's where the real magic is.

Status: offline 		Training a person is relatively easy--almost all human beings respond to the classic 'reward/punishment' method (and a punishment rarely has to be physical).  The harder part of training is identifying very specifically what kinds of responses you wish to elicit from your sub.  You can't leave is vague, it has to be very specific and you have to be constant without fail.  That said, it depends on what you are training.

Training someone to address you in a preferred manner is much faster than training them to physically become aroused on command.  It's a matter of time that you put in, the degree you are consistent, the consistency of your methods, how you react to the sub's learning curve, and how you implement the acts you want the sub to learn.  Notice how not once I said anything about the work the sub does?  Yeah--a good sub knows to please their Dom, but being a Dom is work, work, work--especially when you want to make changes.  It's your responsibility, always, in my opinion.

I'm looking for you guys to describe some "actual" experiences you've been apart of. Whether its something you've taught, or trained, or something you've been trained under. Like what DiurnalVampire described.

Status: offline 		Shrugs, time to squick the masses. Nothing to lose I guess. I've used diapering to teach subs about societal condtioning. When they could overcome the conditioning to go in them-it became easier over time-the first times were a struggle. I took care of the clean up and changing and made no big deal over it. They felt accepted.  Once we got through that, I would just use it as a reminder-what other inhibitions about sex and kink do you have, and why?

It was interesting to see the connections they would find-usually guilt, fear, and proamming. And there would be the realization that they DID have the choice to discard that programming-and be free of it.

My methods are not for everyone. Pretty extreme by some tastes-don't bother to flame me over saying so-I'll just laugh at you.  (because the dissonance of puritan perverts amuses me terribly)  But they work for me-so I shared.

Status: offline 		That is a good method of relieving inhibition. Graned, not for everyone but nonetheless depending upon your sub, a great method.

Besides, having once been such an ordeal (rom their perspective), other things shouldn't be nearly as bad or hard.

Status: offline 		I remember the first time I ever pee'd in a diaper I was afraid it'd make a mess, not holding what urine I was giving it, then telling my daddy, who was an adult baby himself I needed changed, well I was quiet shy, I was like hey come here, he's like what, and I was like come here, and he's like what, and I finally said I need changed.

Diapers used to be one of my bigest fantasies, Hell I still see the practicality in them, even though their not a fantasy any more and I am probably to big to find them easily. There's been quiet a few times I've been out and about expesially after eating and some nasty tummy responce has snuck up on me, I woulda been greatful for a diaper then, hell I joke with james he needs to put me into one before we go out to eat, but diapers gross him out.

Status: offline 		I see the method but personally would find it distastefull, could find other "taboos" to use the same way.

Blind Trust scene is likely the best example of training. Blindfold the subject and then dance with them leading them around the room. Helps if they know there are real hazards around the room. Tables to bump into, steps to fall off, that sort of thing,
eventually they learn to trust that you will keep them safe even if they can't see the hazards themselves.
You can eventually get to the point of swing dancing with them blindfolded.

Unless I have an objective in mind comming up with the training is tough.

Status: offline 		i know a couple that did this but on major steroids...for like a week she was blindfolded, and had to depend on him for everything...it was an incredible bonding experience for them....and if i remember correctly, it was long before they found the "lifestyle"...hehe...they were doing this long before, at least she, had a name for it...

I do it precisely because it's a rather nasty humiliating experience. Very little squicks me, and this gives me a bit of an edge. It's not something that's ever forgotten.

like I said diapers used to be a huge fantasy of mine, particularly forced diaper use, like you have to pee and you need to go bad, but the bathroom's not availible cause he said no and soon ya just can not wait any longer hehe  or simply re inforcing a bond, like sitting in his lap the diaper in direct contact with his skin as you empty out and he feels the warmth spreading all over the diaper. or making you pee while he presses his palm t o the front of it to better feel warmth.

I totally understand. It's a control form.

Here's a fun scenario with these. Sub comes over, you take off her belt. Run a chain through the belt loops of her pants, padlock that chain tightly. Hours pass, you just do vanilla things-she starts the expected dance. I watch I wait-I'm amused by the begging and pleading. Pretty soon she's wetting her pants. They come off-they get replaced with diapers-and locking plastic pants cover them. She spends the next day like that-with changes every four hours or so. If she's VERY good-she gets to use the toilet for number two. (I'm probably not going to feel like cleaning up that much of a mess-unless I have a specific point to make.) I'm amused and aroused by the control-she learns a few new tricks.

People seem to automatically assume scat with this-not so. It's usually more of a watersports thing. As far as a fantasy?

It would be more common if people weren't such wusses over basic bodily functions. Acceptance is always the key to freedom.

Status: offline 		IT could also become freedome to be I don't know how to express, unconcerned maybe, Your coloring playing having a good time why should  your fun have to be interupted by that call, why can't ya just go pee pee then find your partner and simply state I am wet. Now if they wish to change you or make you wait is their c hoice. there for, you learn that the dominant will decide when to do things, on their own time table, and not yours.

Purring in what can only be described as fiendishly, cause I am feeling quite feindish and dastardly,
