Censorship is always a tricky subject. What exactly is the role of a "Moderator"? "To lessen the violence, severity or extremeness of... To preside over..." Does that include censorship?

Mod 11, then you need to explain what rules are violated when you summarily choose a thread or response to remove. My guess is that you are using this forum to advance your own opinion. I really don't give a damn if you censor it, you are a coward with your own notions of what is appropriate. No one has advocated illegal activity on any threads that I have read.

Illegal activity is not the only thing that can cause a thread to be removed and contrary to your thoughts on the matter, we're under no absolutely obligation to explain why a thread was removed. Because you asked so nicely, I'll grant you this boon. I'm sorry if you feel your thread about children in the movie theatre shouldn't have been removed but threads about children are not allowed here. All your namecalling and personal feelings on the matter won't change that. If you find you can't abide by such rules, I wish you godspeed finding a website more to your liking. Have a nice Day. XI

Hmm. Honestly, I don't care one way or another. It's just a forum after all. but .... here's my opinion anyway. while it's true, mods don't have to explain anything, they SHOULD. Because then, people will be less apt to repost or, in slaveboyforyou's case, bitch like a girly man. And, people will see what they did wrong, and less likely to do it again. kthxbai. >Nia.

Wow! It's a fool-hardy soul that chooses to try and call Mod 11 on the carpet! Young man (O.P.)? Speaking as someone whose opinions are not very highly valued by the majority, around here and as someone who tends to stir a good number of people to dislike him, intensely, I can honestly tell you that Mod 11 gives "people on the fringe" every benefit of the doubt possible. I have had one post (that I know of) removed, in all my time, here and, as it turns out; it was one of the first I posted and it was CLEARLY in violation of the section guidelines. It's a shame that someone who enters a free site that really is the best in class in it's area of expertise feels the need to lash out so. I hope you find the things along your journey that might help you put priorities into perspective. I mean, I'm still pissed off at Mod 11 because I HATE the word "perverted" next to my name and she wouldn't treat me special from everyone else and serve me by changing the rules for me. How dare she! LOL! Seriously, I have found Mod 11 to be a rather refreshing breath of fresh air compared to all the truly egomaniacal types there are out there that "lord it over" people on the various fora to which I subscribe and contribute. if you want to know why Mod 11 can delete posts and threads read the Forum Guidlines...if you can't find them...click the little red x at the top of your screen...its your message board safe word...it gets you out of a "scene" with any Mod... good luck... chelle
