Has anyone been experiencing problems with google search recently,what's going wrong with this once excellent search engine?

What are you referring to?  The search works fine for me.  I do have issues with other arenas of google that have seem to be steadily declining for month's now.

i been staying off of ebay to save money. i want to pay my mortgage ahead and zap teh credit card balance by years end.

funny when you own a house that world is so defind very differently. ie- can they take my house. this influences some of my life.

google is becomming WAY too commercailized and the top of your search is becoming less and less relevant, if thats what you mean.
example: google a restuarant name which has an online menu and get a page and a half of other crap before your restuarant page comes up.
Drive for an extra 40 minutes through traffic because there are more gas-stations that pay google maps along a non-highway route, and all the other holiday travellers used gmaps or mapquest too so their on the same road.

still alright for general interest questions, though
