It is a cool 55 degrees here now, and I am loving it!!!  This has been the hottest summer that I can ever remember.  And cool weather brings out the snuggling and cuddling out in me, sooo, what brings me joy on this September day.......being home, curled up under a blanket on the couch, reading a good book or watching a good movie.  Oh and of course, eating chocolate.  [;)]

Well, it is going to be 91 degrees here today, so it doesn't feel like autumn yet.  When it does cool down, I love to make a pot of soup or chili on a cool day.  I also like walking outdoors when it is nice and crisp in the autumn, before it gets really cold.

It is a cool 84 outside right now at 11:44 am, but don't fret, it'll get get hotter before long, lol!  [:D]

A dip in a cool pool sounds great, then hanging around sunning yourself dry afterwards... while sipping on ice cold drinks.

It is a picture perfect day here in Michigan. I'm going to make a loaf of pumpkin bread and a big pot of either soup or red beans w/ smoked sausage.
This time of year is my absolute favorite, the way the clarity and scent of the air along with the dropping temps and changing colors make every day different. I'm dreading winter but I will always love autumn.
With luck this will be my last snowy winter.

That's it!  You're getting company for dinner tonight.  I love pumpkin bread AND red beans and sausage.  You know you can't eat it all alone.

Anything pumpkin related.  Or fresh picked apple related.

I live in Florida, so it's not pleasant yet... but November or so, I like to open up my windows and let the fall breeze blow through and listen to Hawaiian music and just lie down and lose myself in it.

[:)] Yay! I love having friends over for dinner. Since I am going to have company I'm adding Bread Pudding for dessert! Dinner is at 7.

Its September, so its inthe 90s out here, maybe 80s. I do the same things I did last month, but throw a sweater in the car for when it cools down at night. We don't have 'fall' out here... Its Summer, 1 week of Fall [maybe], Winter, 1 week of Spring [maybe], then Summer again. 2 Seasons, thats it.
