When people ask me if i'm a sub or slave, i always tell them, it depends on your meaning of it.

Why don't you just say " To my owner/dom/top I am a _____"

That way it opens them up for conversation to clarify.

I'm not sure if it depends on the meaning, I think it depends on the interaction. each will find their own level to each other.

when my best friend asked me "Since when are you a slave?"
my answer was: "Since He told me 'I OWN you!'"

slave sometimes, pet, toy, or cumrag other times. but always a submissive. but that's me.
