The easiest way to accomplish that are maintenance spankings. Meaning every morning or evening assuming you live together. If you don't live together, then decide how you want to be greeted when you do get together. Also journal writing which you read but do not criticize her feelings because if you do, she won't write openly. Or daily emails or phone calls at the same time or as close to it as schedules permit.
