I would first like to say that I have enjoyed reading your comments, Lady Ellen, on the boards. They are insightful and rather wise.
I think the area of group inclusiveness as to do with each particular group dynamic. I was delighted to find a female oriented BDSM group that is very Trans positive (for both MTF and FTM) when I came to the Boston area. IT is my opinion that a group’s policies and norms are very telling of their areas of fear and insecurity. I wish you luck on your attempts to start a group that is more inclusive.
