in the upper right hand corner of the screen, as you read this (all the way at the top) is a gold lettering (search) click it, and in the first box (search term)type 'what is gorean', (no quotes) you will be innundated with threads explaining exactly that.

There is no short answer, and this has been asked again and again, and most here have no patience left to try and explain it again.

A series of fantasy books were written about a place and a society, a prominent feature of which is that the females are viewed as submissive in nature and the males dominant. This forms the justification for extreme subjugation of the females, sanctioned by the society. Of course, in the fantasy, the females ultimately want to be submissive.

Some people like the fantasy so much, they emulate the books, in their style of relationships and scening, and in some cases, even a philosophy.

You may have noticed that there is an entire section, in the main index, for "Gorean" threads. But the above may be the more literal, short version of the answer you're seeking.
