Okay - this explains much - "friends only"... implies that either this douchebag only wants to talk to people... or he's mastered the art of attracting women through the gravity caused by his mass...

Wow - lots of pervy things in the checklist thingy... some "expert" even... but by who's standards and criteria, eh?

Hard limits - these are laughable. I mean RenFairs and SCA as "expert" Hard Limits? WTF?

*chuckle* Just didn't want to see this thread explode in a war or words. Besides, I took Stephann's advice to chelle and fleshed out my profile a bit more. So yea, even though he wasn't directing that at myself, I figured it's time I got critical with my own profile and make it a bit more reader friendly!

Actually, my advice to chelle isn't intended to single her out specificially. Usually when I give suggestions to people in a message board, it's done with the understanding that several dozen other people will probably read it, and a handful might also benefit from it.

chelle, of course, is welcome to accept or reject my suggestion as she likes. I'm not her daddy.

you wanna be my Daddy...for a night....or two...cause umm err your from Austin and thats close? yea...umm never mind...lol...i was in Austin last friday...SAADE meeting...well i showed up really late...ok so it was for coffee afterwards...

HFM...i appreciate the back up, but i asked for opinions...so...put the hackles down honey...

and really...i am trying to cut down on the number of emails i get...maybe i should put hideous pictures of myself up...wait...maybe i want better quallity emails..hmmm i dunno...i don't really want a relationship right now anyway...i am cool with being me right now...so...maybe i will rewrite my profile so that when i am looking for a relationship all my little duckies will be in a row....

Oh for heaven's sake. Of course the lad is no master... we all know 'i' = submissive and I = Master.

Actually, a lot of good advice here; what strikes me as the best is that confidence shows in a Dominant and having to ask or tell reeks of a lack of confidence and lots of bravado.

Instead of getting angry with those slaves/submissives who tell you that you aren't a Master, why not ask them what traits they attribute to a Master? LOL! I didn't even notice that. He probably enjoys the idea of two women together, but hasn't really equated that to the fact that two women can actually HAVE a relationship. I took a cursory glance at your profile.

My impression?

Those that need to posture, talk and promote "what they are" generally have very little to actually show for all their bravado.

You affirm your position by demonstrating through your actions why you deserve it, not telling people that you do. Respect is something that is earned, not an entitlement.

Additionally, by my definition, master denotes proficiency. A mastery of a skill, or in a D/s sense, a competant owner of (a) slave/s.
