Maybe this is going to sound kind of condemning. Meh.[sm=goodnight.gif] Post that come up – ‘bad and over demanding submissives’ ‘do me submissive’ ‘nasty ole wannabedoms that just want to lay me’ ‘all men that contact just want to have sex’ ‘disappearing acts to me AGAIN’ .blah.blah.blah. Ok – so now I have a joint profile with Darcy, but before that I had a profile all on my own. So either way - No scams contacted it. No men that just wanted to get laid. No people that added me to their IMs and then demanded cyber, phonesex, or one night stands. In fact, apart from the very rare form application where no one actually did read my profile – actually I think I have only had maybe two of them in all my years here – I can honestly say that I haven’t met any shit men, women, dominants, switches. What and who I have found are all articulate, kind, beautiful and long term friends. So, for all the rants and complaints about people being contacted by those ‘wannabes’ – why are you getting contacted by the same over and over again and responding to them? People ask advice all over the board and continuously they are told about repeat behaviour and learning from mistakes. So maybe, when you get into another conversation or email exchange with the next person that comes along, why not try and look at your repeating behaviour that means that you end the cycle of negative meetings and conversations? Why not turn the negative into the positive instead of focusing on the bad? Not really a rhetorical post. Just thoughts in my head on a slow thursday morning. Peace the.dark. (edit because typos still suck)
