My partner loves to suck on my breasts and he's expressed many times how much he wishes milk would come out. Alas, I don't think that will ever happen. You can find some info on induced lactation from La Leche League because they advocate breast feeding even for adoptive mothers as a bonding experience (obviously she wouldn't be pregnant/naturally nursing.)  I have read that being on birth control makes it much less likely to happen and I believe it, since with the amount of stimulation my breasts get sometimes, I should be pouring milk like a bottle ;)

According to my research, birth control reduces the likely hood of you pituitary gland producing prolaction, the hormone that causes lactation.

If you really with to induce lactation the you would need to get off the pill or what ever chemical form of birth control you are on.

Yes, I agree some methods do prohibit it, particularly if milk is not well established.

Here are some links on the subject:

Medical Dictionary: Galactorrhea

Philadephia Breastfeeding Resource Handbook
Birth Control and Lactation  Berkeley

According to Dr. James W. Long and his book The Essential Guide to Prescription Drugs, the prescription drugs listed that  may cause or lead to galactorrhea (spontaneous flow of milk) are:
amphetamine
chlorpromazine (Thorazine)
cimetidine
haloperidal
methyldopa
metoclopramade
oral contraceptives
pehothiazines
reserpine
sulpiride
tricyclic antidepressants
(ps I intentionally left out all the illegal ones)*

Domperidone (motillum) works very quickly.
