IMO it has been Photoshopped. I base this on the differences in skin tone around the neck and a series of vertical smudge lines on the lower right neck that would be consistent with Photoshopping a face onto another body. (Enlarge the neck area and these are pretty easily seen.) That and the chest just doesn't seem muscular enough for a championship boxer, even one who has fallen out of shape. Of course it's all being covered by "ET" so it is going to be sensationalized even if it is a Photoshop job.
