Master has requested that i voluntarily widen my arsehole in preparation for play He has planned in 3 week's time.  How is the best way to do this?  Is there something i could be wearing during the day (that won't show under clothes) or is there something that i could be doing after the kids have gone to bed (!)  Does anyone know of sets like O wears in that book....?  Is this something that can be done alone?  i know, i know...so many questions!  But thanks!!

Status: offline 		A proper butt-plug differs from a dildo by the 'flange' at the base.  It should be rather penis-like (long, short, thin or fat...) and then narrow quite a bit...and then widen at the base so the thing will not get lost in yer butt.
 
Your sphinxter out to be in good enough condition to 'grasp' the butt-plug about that narrow-neck...and should stay in no problem. 
 
DO use lots of lube; it's nto good to let it dry out or your tender bits will stick to it when you try to remove later.  I wouldn't leave it in for more than a couple hours at a time; you can do this for half an hour or more;  every night or every other night...or as often as you like the idea!  As someone else mentioned; start with something about the size of a finger...and work up over the next few weeks to...well...penis size.  Have you met this guy yet?  I doubt he'll complain if you're still a bit tight... 
 
Some people feel more secure wearing a tight pair of undies over the thing...just in case.  LOL

Yes i have met Him; He is my Master so i have a good idea of how big He is lol!  Thanks for all the advice, i shall shop online for something that will take me to the next size up so-to-speak as the one i have is bigger than finger size, but nowhere near enough!  Last night i had it in for an hour...after the pain stopped, the feeling was strange, but quite nice hehe!  And yes, tight underwear was very useful....!

Status: offline 		Bearlee gave good advice regarding stretching your sphincter muscle. The one thing I should add is when you are inserting the butt plug, do so gently. This will avoid must of that initial sharp pain you may feel when inserting the butt plug. The trick is to get that muscle to relax enough so the plug slides in rather smoothly. One good way to relax the muscle enough to use the butt plug is to lube a finger or two and insert them and then withdraw your fingers, do so several times until you feel rel;axed and then try the plug!.

Status: offline 		You might also try some latex panties to help hold the plug in.  Lube getting on the panties is not a problem then.  They are also very stretchy so they can help hold the plug as tight as you want, depending on the size you select.  They will also feel nice on the front side as well.  They even have them available with one and two plugs or one or two hollow sheaths. 

If you want a plug for longer play I highly reccomend a soft one over a hard one.  The jelly ones are great.

Mine are half inch, three-quarter and 1 inch diameter,

Obviously if he is considerably bigger than that, larger ones could be used

Each was worn for several hours, several times, several days in succession.

I doubt that many times was strictly necessary, probably once each would have worked as well, but it was a fun game!

I don't actually think it 'stretches' the anal muscles; it just allows the wearer to gradually get used to something large going up that way.

After lubing well and using your fingers (as others have mentioned), I suggest you lube the butt plug and insert it slowly as far as it wants to go comfortably.  Press it in a bit further until it begins to become a bit uncomfortable.  Now is the time to relax and breathe out slowly until you feel your sphincter relax.  This may take a minute or two.  If you need to, pull the plug back a bit as you try to relax before proceeding further.  Anal exploration should not be painful and definitely doesn't have to be if patience is used!  Just keep making small amounts of progress as you progressively insert the plug, relax your sphincter, and press it into your anus even further. 
 
The same applies to removing it.  There's no need to shock your sphincter by pulling it out all at once.  Give yourself an opportunity to relax your sphincter before you progressively expand it and pull the plug out.

As part of my anal training, Mistress has me sleep with a plug in every single night. As part of my evening bedtime routine I get the plug in and then get into my chastity belt which helps keep it secure for the evening. Ms. Black also has me self-administering an enema every second week. This is all in preperation for strap-on play.

The plug I use is a solid steel plug called the World's Most comfortable Butt Plug. It's available online through Mr.S Leathers in San Fransisco.

I am really very inexperienced, and as such I greatly appreciate your understanding and compassion with my questions. Anal play is interesting to me, but I have concerns about controlling myself. My Dom has used his fingers, and I liked it! I know he is being very patient with me, but I have this fear of being so excited I lose control and soil him. I haven't even asked him about this because I feel so dumb. Please help!

Status: offline 		I did get some advice in before anal play preparation...a simple warm water enema before hand should help take care of that problem.  Stay away from soap suds or fleets for repeated use, cause those could damage the rectum area.  Hope this helps....smiles
