Hello A/all,
I am new to anal training and find myself enjoying it.  The problem is that I still tend to "clamp down" on "things" and they don't slide so well.  We have done plugs followed by small ones to big ones to "widen" me. Yet I still seem to just "clamp down" and not let a good #ucking occur.  I know about trust and relaxing and all that- I need so clues on how to do this, as I am not doing it right.

I also always have to go to the ladies room when getting intruded.  I can't pee for several minutes once I get to the toilet.  I figure my prostate is swollen and not yet relaxed enough from its intruder to let me 'go'.  I then pee like a race horse.  I loose the "moment" so to speak in the bedroom and that is not good.

well you may just have to keep plugging away. (sorry I couldn't help myself.) practice flexing your rectal muscles, periodically thruout the day.  when you are at home, practice with a plug, may even leave it in for a while.  Of course I could be just talking out of my ass on this one. **hehehe**  maybe you are self conscious about it?

1st make sure your dom is useing LOTS of lub. For me now I fine it very easy to relax. But a few years ago I didnt. I think relaxing is the key.

Receiving anal stimulation may cause feelings of having to go to the bathroom more often than not, this is just a "feeling" that the stimulation causes and may take some getting used to.  It can send you over the edge if you rhythmically or irregularly press on the prostate gland before or during ejaculation. Urinate before you begin, I have the same issue and this seems to help.

Relaxing is key, but it is easier said that done.  Probably the best way I've found is to wear a buttplug for as long as you can - hours at a time.  It will be uncomfortable at first, but once your ass adapts to it inside you, you should be fine.  One other thing I've had done to me is to be maually stretched - which can be done with a speculum or hands.  Now this will hurt - it's like going through physical therapy when your muscles are stretched in order to be functional again.  It's a similar idea, as you're trying to stretch your anus to open up more.  If you can get past the pain, as you have to push your limits, you'll open up a lot more.  Both of these worked well for me.  I suppose the fists and baseball bats I can take up there speak to that!!
