I've heard that plucking them out isn't a good idea (they'll just grow back even thicker), but what do I know. I'm bushy.

Yeesh, I tried that for the longest time, and found it to be such a pain (and not in a good way). In the end I found the fastest and easiest way to get a cheap Brazillian wax is to buy the microwaveable wax stuff and do it yourself. Only 10$ and it takes 1/2 an hour. It does take a lot of patience and twisting into odd shapes, but it gets the job done so much faster. I use the Sally Hansen stuff. I just couldn't bear tweezing my lips. I do still tweese around all my little designs and stuff in the front though [:D]

Yeah little worried about ingrowns and other things. did it once to my legs and it came out terrible. But using rubbing alcohol this time, hopefully side step step the little problems. i'm half way done!

Hey does anyone know how long it lasts? Plus i figured its pretty much the same as a brazilian, except slower and one at a time.. and with brazilians and all hair folicles when you pull out the root over and over they eventually stop growing.

Its just slow. But i'm abit of OCD and i also like to sit for ages picking at something, so it suits me LOL

As long as it takes you to grow hair back.

How frequently do you do your eyebrows? It'll last about that long.

Also, incedentally, anything about hair "growing back bushier" is an urban legend. Pulling/shaving/etc doesn't mess with the hair follicle nor make there be more or anything else.

Actually, I do know for me, but it will vary from person to person. When I plucked, it would last close to two weeks with just a touch up here and there. I *loved* the smoothness. Master could have rubbed a cotton ball over me and none of it would come away. Unfortunately, its a very time consuming task and unless you have plenty of time on your hands, its almost impossible to keep up on. At one point I found plucking just the upper portion and shaving the bottom portion worked best timewise.

As far as it growing in thicker, that wasn't my experience at all. The more I plucked, the sparser it was growing back in, and also it was much finer.

Just my experience.

OMG i actually did this one day while i was bored. hahaha. umm it took a long time to do. i left a little tiny bit of hair but made it nice and neat. i did this a while ago but i would say it lasted over a week, but not longer than 2 weeks. it lasts as long as any area that is tweezed (i think). Do it while watching TV. LOL!!

Thanks guys. i appreciate the info. i got as far as urm.. the edges. Then shaved the rest of it. Took AGES and over a few days as i cant just sit for hours upon hours and do it. i think Master was getting tired of the em.. hairier parts of m. LOL
