I had my surgery Monday morning and woke up feeling like a truck hit me  The surgery went well and they were able to do it with only four little holes instead of a big incision...My doctor tells me he was surprised how easy the surgery went...The day of my surgery I was nauseous and couldn't even tolerate fluids...but the next day, when I went to the bathroom for the first time and walked around which helps pass the gas in your tummy- i felt great! They released me yesterday at 1pm and I got myself a hotel room for the night to relax and unwind..my new Master surprised me by visiting me! He held me, talked to me and made me relax "alot"--- just knowing that someone cares means the world to me...I am home now, taking it easy...trying to figure out what foods work best for me as my tummy is still not accepting of alot.... I'll be back to normal in no time- whatever normal is

Yay you're home and doing good. I was worried and did want to call. I hope that you can take things easy for a bit and recover properly. I went through the same surgery 2 years ago almost to the day lol.
I ended up with 29 staples down my stomach though and was layed out until just a couple of months ago. That's mostly why I was worried and I'm glad that yours went easier!! Make sure you take care of yourself please.

Thankyou everyone- my tummy even accepted dinner tonite which was a very light dinner- I knew better than to push it. Given what some people have been through, I made out pretty easy...

Good to hear you came thru OK.....take it easy....a friend I worked with had it done, he said the first week was the worst, but then he felt better than he had in years!

Get better quick!
