I built my own system. I have a regular style mattress / box spring sitting on a waterbed pedistal. I simply screwed some eyebolts into the four corners of the top of the pedistal (make sure they are large enough for the restraint rope). They do NOT show when not in use, and it is very simple to thread the ropes through eyes and you are ready to go.

I made a fairly quickie one out of rope around my box springs... it worked wonderfully but the next time I'm going to spend a little more time and make one out of nylon webbing.
