Years ago now, I found two great playmates here in CollarMe.  Just weeks after meeting them online back then (and we're still close and playing now) they cancelled their memberships here because they could not handle the noise.

Ebay and Amazon have these great systems for rewarding positive experiences with vendors.  How cool would it be to actually allow positive-only feedback on members so that some could rise above the noise.  Everyone would be pleased, especially the folks who could search by established reputation.

I lost my watch a couple of days ago. It simply fell off the table and disappeared into the murk below. I have been thinking that if I silence the room, then I might be able to locate it by ear, for it does tick. Wish me luck.
 
(I did find a lost pen and a lost package of tissues and a lost bottle of herbal salve and a lost dictionary Swedish when I did my first lost watch search - but not my lost watch.)

I always put shit right where I remember where it is, and subsequently it is lost to the ages, and forever. (Unless I go buy a new one, then the old one is always under fuckin' foot from then on.)  Am I the only one?  Can anyone help me with this?

I've been on board where someone could add to another 'reputation'. But that just turned into poeple adding to those they liked regardless of the content of the post. It's nice idea but I can't see how to implement it.

It's been proposed before and the answer now is the same answer that was given then.  It ain't gonna happen.  There's just too much potential for abuse.

No luck, didn't find it. So I bought a new one about half an hour ago. It is a charming little watch with a plain blue face the size of my thumb nail. Priced at euro 7,50, but because it was the last one I got it for euro 5,62. To prevent this watch also from getting lost I have put it in the pocket of my coat.

and then there are those times when you find two and One turns out to be quite some deal indeed...life has its moments.
