Didn't read the rest of the responses, so if this is a repeat I aplogize.
If the words in the OP were your only words or even your first, TO ME (and I am not a Dom) it would say your only interest in them is as a Dom.
Try 'talking' a bit about you as a person, 'normal' things you enjoy and about your life. Mention in passing that you are new and ask if that is a problem for her. Then make sure to ask about her.
Although, my response is based on the assumption that you are looking for a relationship rather than play.
