A simple theme with three variations--
1.I get home from work, he's playing video games, I feed him dinner, check my e-mail, we mess around, we go to bed.
2. He picks me up from work. I feed him dinner. He plays video games. I check my e-mail. We mess around, we go to bed.
3. I am home and dinner is ready. He gets home from practice. He eats dinner. We mess around. He plays video games. We go to bed.


God we're boring. But when we both have work/school early and it's over 100 during the days, there is lots o' apathy.

Well, angelic, Y/you aren't the only boring ones. [:D] On a typical night, He comes home from work, i tend to Him, He logs on to the net to check email/ play games, we watch TV, we go to bed. When you have a minor running around it gets a little difficult to have lifestyle type activities, lol.

Okay, atleast Im not the only boring one.

On a typical night he picks me up from work. (I get out much much much later than he does), we get home.. I feed him dinner.. fetch more coffee over the night than a New York waitress cause hes a coffee addict... we watch some TV (normally law and order) and I curl up behind him on the floor and massage him and stroke his skin until its bedtime and then we both collapse.

Weekends are much easier :)

Hmmm I usually get to the house before he does, get the kitty stuff taken care of and chill out. He gets home later, wearing pants and suit jacket from work. He gets a drink, chills out, starts to make dinner, we have conversation, we eat, we watch TV or a movie.

If we go out we might go to a music club, a kinky club and play, or a movie.

Well it is nice to see that there are a lot in the rut of diner, TV and bed. Guess it is to be expected when we are both workin. But when the weekends come [:D], the playroom in the basement gets a lot of use. I just wish he would build in a microwave & fridge so we can have snacks during rest and break times without me having to go upstairs.

To me it's not a rut, it's just our life. We also go on vacations, to conventions, celebrate birthdays...it's just life. Unless you're a bdsm celebrity with the freedom and compensation to constantly be playing and travelling, we're all just living lives, working, raising kids.

I personally find there's a special intimacy that comes with feeling completely at home on the couch watching TV. Once the excitement of a scene and endorphin high has faded, you should still be able to simply BE with eachother.

You make it sould like a rut is a bad thing. I never said that! I was mearly commenting on the fact that each of us seem to have similar routines. Hence a rut. I agree it is nice to have a routine even though at time it might be viewed as boring. However it is equally nice to enjoy other activities. In essence to take a break.

Well, Master works nights, so i am usually asleep when She gets home at 4AM. Now, on a day when She is not working our night typically is as follows:

i fluff LuvSac (big bean bag chair) if requested.

i bring Master Her computer.

i bring Master Her remote control.

i sit at Masters feet and sometimes kiss them.

i sit until Master says "What's for dinner".

i prepare dinner.

usually Master eats in Her LuvSac (if not eating at the table), so i bring Her dinner on a TV tray.

i clean up after dinner.

Master goes back on Her computer after eating.

i do some chores.

i make me some tea.

i go on my computer.

Master goes to the poddy before bed.

i take Masters computer to the bed.

i take my computer to the bed.

i get Master a drink if requested.

i turn on the TV for Master.

i go poddy.

i go to bed when Master is ready, usually between 12 - 2am.

i turn off light.

i cover myself with sheet, but leave boobies exposed...LOL!

We go to sleep.

I feed Him dinner; He watches TV or falls asleep in His recliner while i play pogo games, read CM and read my South Beach forums. If He manages to stay awake i wait on Him hand and foot--wine, pop, popcorn, ice cream etc. We often go in the hot tub late at night and sometimes play out there. Maybe once a week we have a real scene in the bedroom.

I forgot to add what i wear--usually put pjs on very early which are a t-shirt and boxers in the summer. Fetish wear is reserved for scening.

Well, you have an assumption here that we're all sitting at home waiting for our Dom/mes to get home.

Well, he get homes before me. I typically end up working 9 hours a day. I have a career that Master very much wants me to have.

When I get home, I greet him, feed the dogs and make dinner. After dinner, I'll do some work on his startup business, some clean up around the house and then we'll chill out and watch TV cuddled up on the couch.

Master is usually up at 5am, so we don't generally do late nights during the week.

Hello There,
My Master and I live with his 11 & 9 year old so my attire is pretty much what I've worn to my office. I'm required to always wear thong underwear and usually when I get home I take them off for full access, as it's rare I wear pants.
I cook dinner, do laundry, and any other house chores we need done. During the evening we often stop for nice long hugs & kisses. Sometimes I even sit on the counter next to the stove and wrap my legs around his hips when I cook. I love to snuggle like that.
I rub his back or he rubs mine. I sit in his lap on the couch often. I once a week, give him a pedicure. We try to go for a walk or the park after dinner with the kids just to go do something as a family with the kids.
Then when the kids go to bed I wear sexy lingerie for him the rest of the night. When we go to bed I'm completely naked.
Usually once or twice a week his Aunt will take the kids for the evening. Those nights we go to socials in the lifestyle groups we participate in, to our local Dungeon, or we stay home and play hard without worrying the kids will overhear us.
We've also done lots of other things, but these things are pretty much the day-to-day life we share on a regular basis.
If we didn’t have the kids I’d come home and either be naked or dressed in lingerie every day from the moment I got home. With them home being naked under my dress is as appropriately naked as I can be. We’d also probably play most evenings away instead of so many mundane vanilla things. But we have a nice strong family unit and I wouldn’t trade that for anything at this point.

Hrm... a typical "Night" here, starts when Master gets up from his nap. But, our typical day is this.

Master works from 2am - 1130 PM. He arrives home around 1145 - 12. In the morning before he gets home, I wake up, make everyone breakfast, Relax a bit - I read email, and forums for about a half hour. Then I get started with cleaning and chores. When he comes home he gets greeted by three very happy little voices that cheer "Daddy's home and bounce off the wall." I think that alone makes him more happy then if I was naked on the doorstep. After the rush of the little ones is done, I will stick in a movie for them and then I will go and kneel at his side, ask him how work was and listen to him ramble on. He is a superviser/chef in the State Prison Kitchen Facility. Then I will ask what he wants for lunch, if anything, and then ask permission to go make lunch. Which is to be done and on table between 1230 - 1245 pm. After lunch, I clean up and then he is ready to lay down and take his nap. I set the kids down to finish their movie and then I go in the bedroom with him. Several things can happen then, he might want to play a bit, or I will give him a massage, or just cuddle with him for about 15 - 20 minutes. Then I will sneek out of the room quietly. My afternoon is spent relaxing. I get 2 hours of "me time". Where I do.. well, what I am doing now. I play games, read forums, read a book, write a story. Then, after that I finish up any chores that I might have missed in the morning, and then at 5 - 530. I start dinner and I will wake him up for the evening. If he doesnt already awake up. After he is wakes, I kneel beside him for about 15 - 30 minutes and then ask permission to take the kids outside for about an hour because the sun is usually down enough and its cool out. At this time, Master usually checks mail, plays around with his computer a bit, keeps an eye on dinner for me so it doesnt burn, or comes outside with us. We come inside when Dinner is just about ready, which is 630 - 7ish. We eat dinner and then usually Master will clean up while I clean up the kids, brush their teeth, have them pick up the toy room and get ready for bed. Then I'll read a book while Master sets down and relaxes a bit more, listens to music, turns on the TV, plays a game or finds dumb stuff on ebay. At 8 - 830 the kids are in bed. Then we'll play on the computers together (we're both gamers), or watch a movie, or sometimes put on a movie and play a game while it plays in the back ground. Then at 10, I kneel beside him Naked (either he'll watch tv, or a movie, play his computer, or just play with me. At 1030 - 11pm its then bedtime, I'll lay out his work clothes and to sleep we go (sometimes a bit of play). Of course, that is always bound to change, on the nights he has off - he might just want to play with me instead of us gaming, some nights he doesnt feel like gaming and just wants to lay in bed and watch a movie, or read a book to me. Othertimes after the kids are in bed, its a play night and we're off to the bedroom.

A Normal Evening
Master Archer calls me as he leaves work. That gives me time to clean myself up and attire myself befitting the evening: usually a leather body harness, high heels and stockings and makeup freshly applied. I crush some ice for his Coke and slice a lime for ganish. A plate of cheeses and crackers or other tasty nibble awaits on the coffee table.

He arrives home and I greet him kneeling just inside the door. He pauses to allow me to remove his boots then I rise to take his briefcase or lunchbag or other items he may be carrying. After allowing him time for a nature call I help him remove his work clothing and dress him in something more comfortable: usually his black silk boxers and a cotton t-shirt. (Wintertime includes his fleece robe and leather slippers)

Master then takes over the sofa and I offer him his beverage and snack...kneeling as I present it to him. Often he hand feeds me some of the snack. He then rests and watches the news while I finish preparing whatever I have started earlier for dinner. His favorite lately is tuscan italian or thai.

I serve him dinner in a white apron only..and the heels. The table is set for one with linen table cloth, linen napkins and good china every night unless he prefers to eat outside. I serve him his food and beverage and then kneel at his side in anticipation that he may need something.

When he is finished his dinner he goes to check his emails, chat or do other computer related activities. I take this time to eat, clean the kitchen and change into evening attire: nothing but heels and a leash on my collar. I then join him, kneel at his side and await whatever sadistic play he has in mind for the evening.

Yea...right....sure.

Master and I both work from home. He finishes about 5:00 and comes downstairs in his work attire: jeans or shorts and a t-shirt. I bring him his cigarettes and refille his soda glass and he goes to watch the news. Im wearing shorts and a tank top or a 'work' dress (lightweight and paint splattered). I usually go back to the basement/workshop and do some more work and he catches a nap. If the kids are here he might take the boy to Scouts or we are at a soccer or Lacrosse practice. Dinner on the weeks we don;t have the kids is usually about 9:00..he eats in front of the tv (I do serve him) and I read at the table while I eat. (I dont enjoy eating in front of the tv). If the kids are here we all sit at the dinner table about 7:00 for dinner and family discussion.

Some nights, especially if the kidlets are here, we might rent a movie or go shopping. Computer time is a fought aftrer premium...at least till we can afford for everyone to have their own pc.

We also do all those usual vanilla activities like going to the bathroom, taking the dog for a walk, talking to neighbors, etc. etc.

Reality M/s relationships are usually not fodder for best sellers.
